Get ready my rock n’ roll babies! L7 is embarking on an electrifying Eastern seaboard tour this May, called MAY DAZE.
We’ll be hitting stages from the vibrant streets of Atlanta to the legendary Sonic Temple festival in Columbus. Prepare to experience the raw energy and unforgettable performances that only L7 can deliver!

There’s nothing quite like the rush of being on stage, feeding off the crowd’s energy, and just letting loose with our music. We’ve missed that connection with our fans in this part of the country more than words can express, and we’re counting down the days until we can get back out there and rock with all of you.
This tour is even more special because we’ll revisit some cities we haven’t played in a bit. From Atlanta to Albany, it will feel like a homecoming of sorts, and we can’t wait to see familiar faces and make some new memories with the L7 family.
But that’s not all – we’re also hitting up cities that we’ve never played before, and I’m stoked to play Lititz for the first time! We’re ready to bring our A-game once again to these towns and show ’em what L7 is all about. So get ready to rock, my friends, because L7 is back and ready to unleash our raw energy onstage. It’s going to be wild, it’s going to be loud, and it’s going to be one hell of a good time. See you all out there!

🎗️ 🦋 13 years ago – life threw me a curve ball. A very curvy ball! Doctors diagnosed me with adenomyosis and thyroid cancer, and I underwent immediate surgeries and treatments—both within the same month. My world turned “upside-down-curved-inside-out.” It wasn’t just about the health; it was a seismic shift in how I lived and how so much of my being relied on the ability of an “able body and able-minded person” to show up for work, music, art, family, and friends. I spent a few years not able to leave my bed, reboot my brain, and was susceptible to all kinds of depression, anxiety, and negative-azz thinking.
🛑 No more tours or records. No more visual arts/photography (I am also a visual artist and a musician/songwriter). Social activities and friend connections were nearly impossible to maintain. But amidst these challenges, I did find strength (and luck and compassion). I fought fiercely to stay in my home, to stand up for my health, and embraced radical acceptance and some resemblance of sanity. 💪💖
🔥 And now, I can share my process with you and connect with other songwriters who experienced similar “suprizes and prizes.”
